Subscriptions

• To cancel automatic renewal, click Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of the current subscription period, and no further charges will occur.
• To downgrade a subscription:
  • Cancel the current Subscription
  • Create a new subscription from the pricing page
  • On the your TrueStack Server, open the Admin / Licensing tab. There you can remove the current license(s) and add the new license(s) for the new subscription.
